It is with pleasure and gratitude that I share my comments on my experience
with Serene Bah (R007788J) in the listing and letting of my HDB Apartment in
March 2019.

Serene has demonstrated her proficiency in the entire process.
She is resourceful in the shortlisting of prospective tenants, giving me the
peace of mind knowing that she does her screenings with my best interests in
mind. This is especially important to a first-time landlord like me, if you
would imagine. During the showings of the apartment, Serene is very
effective in the co-ordination of the appointments between the prospective
tenants and myself, making it a breeze for me to participate in the
screening process, despite my hectic schedules.

The letting exercise has been a swift one, due to Serene’s proactive
facilitation during the tenancy negotiations. She exercises due diligence in
obtaining the relevant information and papers to establish the eligibility
of the tenancy, this gives assurance to the tenants and landlord that all
paperwork are honest and open.

All the above tasks, business-related or interpersonal, Serene has
accomplished them with a degree of competence and integrity.

I would highly recommend Serene Bah for residential buy/sell or letting
